“ The food is always amazing! Bea is friendly and provides excellent service and hospitality. It's always so quaint but full of people and full bellies. Best fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce in town ”
“ Been going to Bea's since she was serving in her old place over by Kish hospital. She's always been great! Unfortunately with this inflation it's a treat when we go there! Delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Her spicy egg rolls are amazingly delicious and Crab Rangoon are the real deal here!! It's not just cream cheese. Some of her daily special are deliciousness at its best . Service is always pleasant and the restaurant is cozy. ”
“ Food is 5 star as well as service. This place is a gem and so is Bea. You feel like a friend to the staff and Bea for your entire visit. The Quality of ingredients and preparation is exceptional. I have been back 2 weeks in a row and will continue as I work through the entire menu. The dining room and kitchen hen are open view and perfectly clean and in order. This is like a 5 star home kitchen environment. I am a huge fan and the newest loyal customer. ”
“ I was not familiar with the town and came to restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered their chicken satay and pad Thai. Both were completely different than what I had ever had in both ingredients and taste. Don't know if it was more the traditional Vietnamese cuisine but it wasn't what I expected. With the Satay the peanut sauce was missing or I didn't recognize it and didn't taste it. Either way, I didn't finish the plate. Same thing with the pad Thai. However, the vegetables were very fresh and good except I was missing the expected tastes. The noodles weren't what you would have expected. They were spaghetti noodles. Again, it simply could be my lack of ever ordering these dishes in a Vietnamese restaurant. I did take the leftover pad Thai home and reheated it for dinner and added chili oil which was very good. I should not have ordered Thai food in a Vietnamese restaurant. My apologies. I would go back to give it another chance but keep to their traditional dishes. ”
“ So yummy! Had Bea's Special Egg Rolls and Spicy Curry Chicken. (Bea makes the best curry!) My daughter had the Spicy Ginger Chicken and I could smell the ginger Every time I'm in the area I stop by. ”
“ This was my first time here. The food was delicious and tasted fresh! Definitely recommend the beef pad thai!! ”
“ Superb food and service. Bea obviously works very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. ”
“ Popular Dekalb Establishment since the 90s. We ordered Fried Noodles, Pad Thai(GF), Catfish, Fried Spring Rolls and Banh Mi Sandwich. Everything was delicious, but our favorite was the fried noodles. The fried noodles are yellow noodles served with carrots, pea pods, onions, cabbage and your choice of protein option(shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, tofu or combo). The hot sauce is also a must try. The Fried Catfish is also very popular and is only served on Fridays. They also have daily special dishes which adds to the variety on the menu. On this particular day, we sampled the Banh Mi Vietnamese Sandwich, made with seasoned grilled roast pork served on a Baguette Bun topped with fresh vegetables(yummy). Atmosphere was nice, Restaurant was clean and service service was good. They also have Gluten Free options and flexible with food allergies. Thank you ”
“ Cool little place for Asian food. It's one of the best places in DeKalb and easy to miss. Bea's Wok N Roll is on the north side of town away from downtown. Just an unassuming place. There's some good vegan and vegetarian choices among the noodles and rice. A lot of items either come with noodles or rice as the base. It often gives you the choice. The noodles are wide and thick. Came last time and it wasn't busy. We got the Tofu And Vegetables. It's $15, which is kind of a lot. The portion isn't real big but it's not small. I got it with noodles. She got it with rice. Had a good amount of spice in it. The noodles were kind of sticky but okay. Good fast yet authentic Thai and Asian. It's kind of expensive for all you get. There's lots that's good for vegans and vegetarians. ”
